ואיכא דאמרי אפילו חלא נמי מקבל כמאן כר' יוסי בר' חנינא:

and when [there still remained] a half or a third, it turned sour, the law is that he<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The seller, since he has retained the ownership of the wine, the shopkeeper merely acting as his agent.
